Returns & Exchange Policy
* Please read the following Terms and conditions of use carefully. The Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement is applicable when purchasing from
Brazilianhairproductsonline.co.uk , at our online store. You, the Customer, agree to have read and to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Due to the nature of the product, for health and safety reasons, sales of lace wigs and accessories are final, and refunds will not be issued. Our aim is to present our products accuracy and endeavor to provide standard of Quality products and services as our customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all products prior to shipping to ensure that they meet our customers specification and our high Quality Assurance standards.
Returns are accepted and you must use recorded delivery (for hair beaty product and hair extensions). If you wish to exchange, we will require an additional postage fee to send the replacement item to you, If returning the item must be in its original packaging,not tampered or altered with , not worn, washed, brushed or combed and UNUSED, in the same condition that it was sent to you.
* All postage and handling charges are non refundable. Please ensure you check your order carefully prior to payment, as changes cannot be made once submitted. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our products,contact us via email or phone to let us know, it must be returned, within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
* We will reject wigs that hair products have been applied to it and glue or tape has been applied to the wig aslo. It is within the first 7 days of receiving your lace wig, hair product that have been parcially used or the origiinal bottle was trashed. The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way, shape, or form. The WIG MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED.
* We will issue a refund for item cost ONLY when a return authorization has been requested within Seven (7) days of your receipt of merchandise. Once your request has been approved we will e-mail you and your refund will be issue through paypal.
All our products are inspected before shipping but in the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong goods or damaged goods, we would be happy to exchange it without any additional charges
Sale or Clearance Items ( items in the "Clearance" section) are final. Sale items cannot be returned, nor exchanged. Their condition is always described and depicted accurately, and are sold as seen.
